Expandable Textareas using JavaScript

An experiment based on Gez Lemon's Expandable Textareas experiment.

The controls are dynamically added using JavaScript.

This version uses image elements for the controls. There is also a version using an image replacement technique in the CSS to replace text controls with the images.
